This hotel is a gem in the heart of Marrakech, with rooms showcasing a beautiful Moroccan style. The service could be more cooperative for extra requests. The location is superb, close to everything in a safe area, and the dining experience offers special Moroccan delights. The facilities are top-notch, making for a memorable stay.
I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The Moroccan style rooms were lovely, and the staff could be a bit more cooperative when asked for additional services. The location was perfect, right in the center of Marrakech. Dining with fresh juice and coffee was a highlight. However, the facilities could use some improvement.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! It's right in the center of Marrakech, in a super safe area very close to the Jemaa el fna. The rooms were beautifully designed in Moroccan style, which added a unique touch to the experience. The service was good, but they could be more cooperative when asked for an extra service not included in the agreed package. The location couldn't have been better, being close to everything and in a really nice area. The dining experience was delightful, with special Moroccan jam and traditional food. On the downside, the facilities could use some improvement, and the price could be considered a bit high for what you get.
